He has served as Editor and Publisher for newspapers, trade magazines, and B2B online communities, as well as published analyst reports through SAE International, Insight Media, Frost & Sullivan, and NanoMarkets. TECH B2B has also provided business analysis and marketing services to several Fortune 500 companies, including HP, IBM, Microsoft, Fed Ex, SAIC, as well as several trade groups and standards development organizations (SDO).
In addition to a broad background in optical engineering developed during her two years as managing editor of OE Magazine, Holly O’Dell has covered composites and specialty fabrics, education and training, high-tech career planning, business innovations, and health care technology and the consumer products industry.
Jennifer Hardin is the Operations Manager for Tech B2B Marketing bringing over 14 years of experience in project planning, budgeting and implementation. As the newest member of Team TECH, Jennifer will also provide additional support to other TECH members as needed.

Elizabeth Novak is a graphic designer and art director with over ten years experience in the publishing industry. Her background includes B2B and B2C magazines for the American Marketing Association, Chicago Athlete and InsideCounsel. She has designed textbooks for many educational publishing companies, most recently McGraw-Hill. Freelance clients include The Wrigley Company and The Expo Group.
