TECH B2B Marketing developed a turnkey sponsorship program based on video and social media. It included preshow sponsorship, promotion, sales, and support; booth videos; LinkedIn live simulcasts featuring subject matter experts, key influencers, and sponsor companies; and post-show distribution of assets to sponsors.
Of course, our efforts to make the video sponsorships a success started many months before the actual show. TECH B2B Marketing’s experienced sales and marketing professionals helped the association hone its message, stay in front of potential sponsors, and monetize sponsor interest. Outreach included a combination of lead nurturing email campaigns followed by personal contact from well-known and experienced salespeople with visibility within the marketplace. We worked with and supported outreach from key industry influencers on social media.
In addition to generating hundreds of thousands of dollars and new sponsorship revenue, and between five and 100 times normal social media traffic — resulting in millions of views and thousands of new users — the centrally located TV studio was one of the largest draws for traffic throughout the show. Both the live simulcast and mobile teams provided the association with a wealth of still and video imagery that will help power its marketing efforts for the next year while also helping promote shows taking place in the short term.
